TPS Holding II A/S takes over Uni-Troll Europe APS by agreement as of 01.03.2024. After several years of cooperation, the board of TPS Holding II A/S has decided to establish Uni-Troll Europe APS as an independent subsidiary in the group.
In connection with this, Finn Jacobsen takes over as new CEO on 01.03.2024, and the current CEO Søren Bøgede Andersen is resigning his position.
Finn Jacobsen has many years of experience as CEO in manufacturing companies and extensive experience from the trolley and roller container industry. The goal is to continue the positive development that the cooperation between the companies has achieved, now with 100% ownership by TPS Holding II A/S.
It is expected that the company further will strengthen its international position and, together with customers, ensure optimization of the entire logistics chain, from manufacturer all the way to the retail stores. This through a wide range of load carriers in ISO format.The company has
patent-protected products in both steel and aluminum, which ensure efficient transport and the solution also supports the upcoming ESG requirements, as well as ensures a good working environment as well as an environmentally transport solution.
