Our flexible shelving trolleys are designed for use in many different contexts within warehouses, storage and e-commerce:
Optimization
- By using Uni-Troll carts for order picking and replenishment, companies can reduce walking distances and streamline the process.
- Flexible pick&pack unit with the option of connecting handlebars and step platform
- All trolleys have wheels and flexible shelves, making them easy to arrange to make optimal use of space.
- Minimize pallet handling with pallet jacks. All trolleys can be easily moved around by hand and can be locked in place with a mounted lifting brake when they need to be stationary
- Uni-Troll carts can be used as mobile workstations where goods are sorted and packed directly on the cart.
- Picking and replenishment are optimized using flexible shelves that allow for more items, a better overview and a better working environment.
- The standardized design of the carts makes it easier to move goods between different departments, for example from goods receipt to storage and then to shipping.

- All trolleys have open sides and can be packed and operated from any angle
- The trolleys are designed so that the shelves can be easily removed and stacked directly on the frame. The columns can be disassembled and placed securely in the trapezoid in the base frame.
- Designed for distribution and transport. All carts can be packed with goods in the warehouse, driven directly into the truck - and from the truck into the store or warehouse
- Base frames can be stacked on top of each other, reducing costs when empty base frames are returned or stored. Reduction from full to empty is 5.5:1.
Flexibility
- Flexible shelves allow for better use of space in height
- Flexible height adjustments with split posts on each cart, and free number of shelves
- Shelves can be easily inserted horizontally or moved up and down, every 5 cm on the trolley
- The modular design of the carts makes it easy to adapt them to changing storage needs, for example during seasonal fluctuations.
Sustainability (ESG)
- Special wheels for less noise and easier driving
- Long life cycle of at least 15 years. This makes the solution more profitable and sustainable compared to, for example, Euro pallets
